Responsibilities
- Lead video editing projects from concept to final delivery using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with directors to translate creative vision into polished, narrative-driven content
- Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring efficient workflow and version control
- Apply color grading, motion graphics, and audio mixing to enhance visual impact
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms (social media, broadcast, web) with technical precision
- Review and incorporate feedback iteratively while maintaining project deadlines
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to continuous improvement of editing workflows
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in post-production
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating narrative storytelling
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Advanced skills in color grading (DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling principles, pacing, and cinematography
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of compression formats and technical delivery specifications for various platforms
