Responsibilities
- Develop and execute video editing strategies for diverse projects including brand films, social media campaigns, and documentaries
- Collaborate with directors and producers to conceptualize storyboards and visual narratives
- Perform advanced color grading, motion graphics, and sound design using industry-standard software
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms (web, mobile, broadcast)
- Mentor junior editors and maintain best practices in asset management
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and 3D animation (Cinema 4D preferred)
- Proven ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across creative teams
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
