Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software.
- A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating a track record of solving complex design problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
