Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analyze data to inform design decisions and iterate on products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy and requirements.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Present design concepts and solutions clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
- Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital products.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Expertise in user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, limitations, and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
