Responsibilities

- Mentor junior designers and conduct portfolio reviews
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional design experience in creative agencies or tech companies
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and layout
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D rendering (Blender/Cinema4D)
- Understanding of responsive design principles and HTML/CSS basics
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
