Responsibilities
- Lead user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to inform design strategy
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop interactive prototypes for stakeholder reviews and user validation
- Establish and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels and user satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodology
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into elegant solutions
- Experience mentoring design teams and presenting to executives
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
