Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle, from strategic user research and journey mapping to high-fidelity UI design.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to champion cohesive UX/UI solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Design, scale, and maintain our premium, multi-platform design system in Figma to ensure visual consistency and developer efficiency.
- Conduct continuous user testing and leverage quantitative data to optimize user onboarding and visual conversion funnels.
- Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes to validate complex animations and design concepts with key stakeholders.
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers, establishing best practices and elevating the overall design craft within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, with a stellar portfolio displaying premium visual polish and robust systems thinking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Principle, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern interactive prototyping tools.
- Proven track record of building, shipping, and scaling multi-brand design systems at a product-led tech company.
- Strong understanding of front-end implementation, including CSS, responsive layout behaviors, and design token structures.
- Exceptional verbal and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to confidently present and defend design decisions to executive leadership.
- Experience conducting qualitative user research sessions and distilling feedback into actionable product improvements.
