Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes from research to final implementation
- Create pixel-perfect prototypes and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design strategies
- Develop comprehensive design systems and maintain component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across teams
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize design solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research, wireframing, and interaction design
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions
- Familiarity with design systems and component library development
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
