Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design strategy
- Create high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and design systems in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or e-commerce portfolios
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience developing design systems and maintaining component libraries
- Proven ability to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with executive presentation experience
