Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web and mobile products
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop design systems and component libraries for scalability
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver cohesive solutions
- Create interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Present design rationale to stakeholders with compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS product portfolios
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-driven design
- Proven ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive interfaces
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design excellence and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for design handoff collaboration
