Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities from concept to execution for high-profile clients
- Lead design workshops and creative strategy sessions with stakeholders
- Create compelling visual systems including logos, typography, color palettes, and digital assets
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building sessions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Present design solutions to executive clients with strategic rationale
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in brand design with 3+ years in senior/lead roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex brand systems and motion design
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience managing design projects from brief to delivery
- Exceptional presentation skills and client communication abilities
- Understanding of UX principles and responsive design
- Passion for sustainability and social impact projects preferred
