Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compelling visual designs for digital campaigns, print media, and brand collateral
- Lead design sprints and collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure cohesive brand experiences
- Manage multiple projects with strict deadlines while maintaining creative excellence
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and brand storytelling
- Experience with motion graphics and Figma preferred
- Ability to translate complex concepts into visually engaging solutions

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
