Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from initial research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Translate complex user requirements and business goals into seamless, elegant user experiences.
- Develop and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across our product ecosystem.
- Conduct regular usability testing sessions and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality design implementation.
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field within a SaaS environment.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing complex web and mobile application design work.
- Deep expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Demonstrated ability to balance aesthetic quality with technical constraints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional partners.
- Experience with data-driven design, utilizing analytics to inform UX improvements.
