Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and final handoff.
- Develop and maintain our internal design system to ensure visual consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Conduct rigorous usability testing and synthesize user feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility.
- Create interactive wireframes, user flows, and site maps to visualize complex architectural solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, critique-positive design culture.
- Translate business objectives and KPIs into intuitive design solutions that drive user retention.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field within a fast-paced tech environment.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing complex web and mobile application projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/React) to better collaborate with engineers.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and design critiques.
- Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset and obsession for pixel-perfect detail.
