Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and identify pain points.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to ensure design feasibility and technical excellence.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all web and mobile platforms.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, accessible user interfaces.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of constructive design critique.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a background in SaaS products.
- A robust portfolio showcasing complex design solutions, UX strategy, and high-quality visual execution.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Solid grasp of user-centered design methodologies, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to advocate for design decisions.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
