In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process for our flagship SaaS platform, shaping the future of digital workflows for millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and identify pain points.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to maintain a cohesive design system that scales across all platforms.
- Translate complex business requirements into elegant, accessible, and intuitive UI components.
- Advocate for design best practices, accessibility standards, and modern interaction design principles.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in collaborative design critiques to elevate the quality of our collective output.
- Iterate rapidly on features based on data-driven insights and user feedback loops.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field within a fast-paced tech environment.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving, clean visual design, and user-centered workflows.
- Mastery of industry-standard tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, design systems, and modern web accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders and developers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional squads.
- Self-motivated with a track record of owning projects from initial discovery to final hand-off.
