Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Create and maintain robust design systems that ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct user testing sessions to validate assumptions and iterate based on actionable feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align design strategy with business objectives.
- Translate complex requirements into elegant, accessible, and user-centric interface solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence and constructive critique.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate cutting-edge design patterns into our products.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for SaaS, mobile, or web applications.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design processes and complex problem-solving.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design systems, responsive layouts, and accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.
- Proven ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in conducting user research, user interviews, and A/B testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
