Responsibilities
- Drive the user experience strategy for flagship digital products from conception to high-fidelity execution.
- Conduct rigorous user research, usability testing, and data analysis to iterate on design solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across all web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate technical constraints into seamless user flows.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final visual assets that align with brand identity and accessibility standards.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, critique-positive design culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual aesthetics.
- Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS) to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Proven ability to articulate design decisions through data and user insights to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
