Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover hidden patterns and trends.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize data trends effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and business units to understand their analytical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Reporting: Create executive summaries and presentations to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and recommend improvements for better data governance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases; experience with Python or R is highly desirable.
- Visualization Tools: Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a critical eye for data quality and anomalies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Google Analytics.
