Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for predictive analytics and business intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)

Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of applied data science experience with production ML systems
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time series, NLP)
- Proven track record of translating business KPIs into technical solutions
- Experience with cloud data warehousing and distributed computing
