Lumino Digital is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the evolution of our flagship SaaS platform. In this role, you will define the visual language and user journey for millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Maintain and evolve our global design system to ensure consistency across all web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and identify pain points.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of constructive design feedback.
- Develop detailed design documentation and assets for smooth developer hand-off.
- Iterate rapidly on features based on analytics and direct user feedback.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Protopie, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of modern front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS/React limitations).
- Proven track record of shipping successful SaaS products.
- Experience with data-informed design processes and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
