Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Design and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to ensure seamless data flow.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, technical debt assessments, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Product, QA) to define feature requirements and roadmaps.
- Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols across all platforms.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements to enhance deployment efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and backend technologies like Node.js or Python.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and version control (Git).
