- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute product launches and iterations
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision making
- Own product lifecycle from conception through launch and post-launch optimization
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
- Present product strategy to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for key initiatives
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience with 3+ years in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of launching successful data analytics or AI products
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, user research, and product analytics tools
- Strong quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SQL
- Experience scaling products to enterprise-level customers
