Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end user journeys that resolve complex enterprise workflows into elegant, intuitive digital experiences.
- Direct and iterate on a scalable, world-class design system to ensure multi-platform consistency and brand excellence.
- Facilitate high-impact design sprints and collaborative workshops with cross-functional teams to align on product vision.
- Translate deep user research and data-driven insights into actionable wireframes, user flows, and pixel-perfect mockups.
- Oversee the entire design implementation process by providing precise handoffs and rigorous QA to engineering teams.
- Champion a user-centric culture by staying ahead of emerging design trends, AI integration, and interactive technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 6+ years in a Senior UI/UX or Product Design role within a high-growth tech environment.
- A portfolio that demonstrates sophisticated mastery over interaction design, visual hierarchy, and typography.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced components, auto-layout, and integrated prototyping tools.
- Strong background in user research methodologies, including A/B testing and qualitative usability studies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy and articulate design decisions to C-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design frameworks.
