Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, accessible user flows and UI components.
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all product surfaces.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to ship features that impact business KPIs.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate on existing design patterns.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our growing internal design culture.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in interaction design, motion, and visual identity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and clean visual design.
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma, Principle, and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/React) to communicate effectively with developers.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Hotjar, Amplitude, or Google Analytics to inform design choices.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or equivalent practical design experience.
