Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve high-impact business challenges.
- Translate complex data findings into compelling visual narratives and executive reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate models into production environments.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal AI research initiatives.
- Define and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product feature enhancements.
- Manage end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data integrity and model scalability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of shipping production-level models.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R is a plus.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong statistical background with experience in experimental design and causal inference.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
