Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key product features, from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate effectively with product management and engineering teams to define requirements and ensure design feasibility.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a thriving design culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in a product-focused tech company.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Solid understanding of web and mobile design patterns, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
