Responsibilities
- Drive the full design process from empathy mapping and user research to wireframing and high-fidelity prototyping.
- Create intuitive user flows and complex information architectures that simplify the product experience.
- Develop and maintain a robust, scalable design system to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct usability testing sessions to gather qualitative insights and refine designs based on user feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence and design advocacy.
- Stay ahead of emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving, visual hierarchy, and polished UI execution.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, React components) to ensure design feasibility.
- Deep experience with design systems, atomic design, and component-based workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
