Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process from discovery and user research to final high-fidelity production.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems that scale across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
- Maintain and evolve the company's internal design system to ensure brand consistency.
- Lead design workshops and present concepts to stakeholders with clear rationale.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and modern design aesthetics.
- Expert proficiency with industry-standard tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Principle or Framer.
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a plus).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate design strategy clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
