Job Description
Are you a visionary designer who believes that great software is an experience, not just a set of features? PixelFlow Dynamics is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help craft the future of our enterprise-grade SaaS platform. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your design decisions directly impact thousands of daily active users. We value human-centric design, rigorous testing, and beautiful, functional interfaces.
We are a remote-first team with a collaborative hub in San Francisco, offering a high-growth environment for designers who want to own their projects from concept to final pixel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key product features, from initial user research to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Translate complex technical requirements into intuitive, elegant user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain our internal design system to ensure consistency across all web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct frequent user testing sessions and synthesize feedback to iterate on designs effectively.
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality design implementation.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices across the product organization.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate workflows and gather stakeholder buy-in.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- A robust portfolio showcasing complex web applications, not just marketing websites.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS) to communicate effectively with developers.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Mixpanel, Hotjar, or Google Analytics to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent practical experience.
