Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Create and maintain a scalable, cohesive design system that ensures brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to advocate for user-centric features and feasibility.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility audits to drive data-informed design decisions.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in rigorous design critiques to elevate team output.
- Develop detailed user personas, journey maps, and interaction models to solve complex workflow challenges.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with a focus on business impact and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably with B2B SaaS products.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing mastery of typography, color theory, and layout hierarchy.
- Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (Protopie/Principle).
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and limitations to ensure seamless developer handoff.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive, accessible user interfaces.
- Experience in leading user testing sessions and interpreting qualitative and quantitative user feedback.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationales clearly.
