Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure brand consistency across all web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct rigorous usability testing and user interviews to iterate on design solutions based on data.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align design strategy with business goals.
- Create detailed documentation, style guides, and design specifications for engineering teams.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and constructive feedback.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products or SaaS platforms.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing complex user journeys, design systems, and successful product launches.
- Deep expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Principle.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive, elegant user interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with iterative design cycles.
