Responsibilities

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
- Maintain and evolve our scalable design system to ensure brand consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Conduct rigorous usability testing and incorporate data-driven insights into iterative design improvements.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence, feedback, and creative growth.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging design trends, accessibility standards, and technological advancements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically for complex SaaS or mobile applications.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating strong command of typography, layout, and interaction design.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie.
- Proven ability to translate user research and data analytics into actionable design solutions.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, web accessibility (WCAG) guidelines, and front-end development constraints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent professional experience.
