Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key product features, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Translate complex business requirements and user needs into seamless, elegant digital experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and design consistency.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
- Maintain and evolve the global design system to ensure scalability across the platform.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in rigorous design critiques to elevate team output.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in every stage of the design cycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field within a SaaS or enterprise environment.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in user journey mapping, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools (Protopie, Principle, or Framer).
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/React) to facilitate smooth engineering hand-offs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical professional experience.
