PixelCraft Studio is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our award-winning product team. You will lead the design lifecycle of our flagship SaaS platform, crafting intuitive, high-conversion experiences that solve complex user problems.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from initial research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and Handoff.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions based on empirical evidence.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to translate complex requirements into elegant, accessible user interfaces.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of constructive design critique.
- Develop detailed user journeys, personas, and site maps that align with our business objectives.
- Present and advocate for design concepts to internal and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like ProtoPie or Framer.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and interaction design principles.
- Experience in conducting user research and synthesizing actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in an Agile environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
