Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity UI design.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions.
- Create and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating rapidly.
- Optimize user interfaces for speed, accessibility, and usability on various devices and screen sizes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
