The Role
In this position, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and intuitive user interfaces. You will own the design vision for key products, ensuring that every pixel serves a purpose and every interaction feels natural.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design process from initial concept sketches to high-fidelity prototypes and final production assets.
- Conduct user research, create personas, and map out user journeys to ensure products are accessible and intuitive.
- Design and maintain a scalable Design System to ensure visual consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively advocating for the user's perspective.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Deep understanding of information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping best practices.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions clearly.
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) is a significant plus.
