Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from concept to high-fidelity implementation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to ensure our products meet user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive interfaces.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles within the organization and mentor junior designers.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of design principles, user-centered design processes, and a variety of design deliverables.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant plus.
- Proven experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline.
