Responsibilities
- Architect and productionize ML models using TensorFlow/PyTorch frameworks
- Optimize algorithms for performance on AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define ML product requirements
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model validation protocols
- Translate complex business problems into ML solutions
- Stay current with emerging research in deep learning and NLP
- Document technical specifications and model architectures
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years building production ML systems at scale
- Expertise in Python, distributed computing (Spark), and SQL
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and algorithm design
- Proven track record deploying models serving >1M users
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Publications in top-tier ML conferences or patents preferred
