Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, persona development, and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product evolution.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch).
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous learning and design excellence within the team.
- Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.
- Contribute to and evolve the company’s centralized Design System to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful design projects and case studies.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, visual hierarchy, and interaction design principles.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
