We are looking for a visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the visual and interactive design of our next-generation products. You will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and elegant user interfaces, ensuring our platform remains intuitive, accessible, and delightful to use.
In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that set industry standards. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Design and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to define requirements and deliver high-quality UI solutions on time.
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and data analytics to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership teams effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
