Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define product roadmaps and ensure technical feasibility.
- Conduct user testing and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement and iteration.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to foster a culture of excellence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and interaction design.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
