Key Responsibilities

- Partner closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Mentor junior designers and conduct rigorous design reviews to elevate the team's overall quality.
Responsibilities

- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or interaction design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex design rationales.
