Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for new features and product iterations, from wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency and scalability across all platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate design decisions and drive product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user journeys.
- Present design concepts and rationale to leadership, gathering feedback and iterating rapidly.
- Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive design for all users.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing case studies that demonstrate your design process, problem-solving skills, and impact.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
