Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for fintech products, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness across all platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with business objectives
- Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across 20+ product features
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user-centered insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing 10+ shipped products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into intuitive visual interfaces
- Experience designing for financial technology or regulated industries
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
