Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and prototyping
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect UI designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Create compelling visual designs using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion and user satisfaction
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research, information architecture, and interaction design
- Proficiency in design systems and component-based workflows
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Experience with responsive design and cross-platform development
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
