Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis testing to production deployment
- Develop advanced predictive analytics solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards to communicate insights
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in model validation
- Partner with product teams to define data-driven roadmaps and KPI frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven track record in production ML systems
- Expertise in statistical modeling (regression, classification, time series)
- Proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL pipelines
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into ROI
