Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through robust risk management frameworks
- Communicate project status, progress, and roadblocks to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate high-performing team dynamics
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project delivery excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and MS Project Suite
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
