Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research and ideation to final implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe Creative Suite, Principle, or ProtoPie
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
