Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design systems implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and optimize user journeys
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless design execution across web and mobile platforms
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across products
- Create compelling visual designs that balance aesthetic excellence with functional usability and brand alignment
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design workshops while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing 10+ complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions through data-driven decisions
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and iterating based on qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders at all levels
- BS/BA in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent professional experience
